Dr. Sanjeev Joshi, MD, FACP

Medical Director

Dr. Joshi is an internal medicine and geriatric physician with more than 29 years of experience in the south suburbs. Recently, Dr. Joshi joined Advocate Medical Group (AMG), which is noted to be one of the state’s largest medical groups. Dr. Joshi has been on staff at Advocate South Suburban Hospital since 1985.

Dr. Joshi received the Patient’s Care Award (2011 – 2013) and the Compassionate Doctor Recognition reward (2011 – 2013).

Dr. Joshi makes a difference in the lives of his patients. Prairie Manor is proud to have Dr. Joshi as “Medical Director”.

Dr. Asad Zaman, MD

Co-Medical Director

Founder of Zmedi and mPACE Group, Dr. Zaman is an internal medical physician with many years of experience in geriatric medicine. Recently, Dr. Zaman served as Chairman and is on the Physician Partners Board for Advocate South Suburban Hospital Department of Medicine.

He was also on the Advisory Board for Health Dimensions, Inc.

Dr. Zaman believes that a positive partnership between doctor and patient based on trust, compassion and an open line of communication enhances and improves patient care. We warmly welcome Dr. Zaman to Prairie Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center!
